From the trading floor to the phone in your hand.
We started on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, earning our dealing-member licence in October 1997 and building a brokerage on relationships, research and execution. As the market modernised, so did we — adding issuing-house and financial-advisory licences, sponsoring companies to their first listings, and raising more than ₦110 billion for Nigerian state governments in the bond market.
When the Federal Government needed advisers for landmark privatisations, the Bureau of Public Enterprises called on MorganCapital.
And when Nigerian investors were still trading by phone call and paper mandate, we pioneered online real-time securities trading with iTrade. This platform is that same instinct, rebuilt for a new generation: the whole Exchange — stocks, IPOs, bonds, treasury bills — settled to a wallet that funds in seconds.
